We do accept review requests from authors and publishers who would like to get their book reviews. You can contact us on our Contact Us page.

Book Genres We Do Accept:

(Although the title is 'book genres we do accept' We are open to other genres, just not the ones that we have stated we will not accept)

Young Adult (I do personally prefer my books to be in the Young Adult genre)
Fantasy
Dystopian
Historical Fiction
Science Fiction
Non-fiction (This really depends on the topic)

Book Genres We Do Not Currently Accept:

Ethical/Religious books
Erotica

Overall we prefer ARC books or hardback finished copies of books. We would like to point out that we are in New Zealand, so keep that in mind if you do send us a request to review a book. With that being said WE DO accept ebooks, preferably mobi.

Our Reviews

All reviews that we do on our books will be from personal opinions and we do not mean to hurt anyone or anything. Furthermore, if you send us a book for review expect our opinion, if we did not like the book we will review it badly, whereas if we loved it we would give it a good review.

We are quite busy people so all the books Iwereceive may not be read during a certain time frame but we will try our ultimate best to get all the books sent to me read and reviewed. We will sometimes prioritise ARC copies of books and try to read them before the release date, compared to some other books that does not mean to say that we won't read the other books.

At the beginning of our reviews, we have a section where we include any relevant information about the book that may help. These things include:

Name of the Series: Name of the Book linked with Goodreads page

Pages: The number of pages that the book has

Author: The name of the author linked with their website

Publisher: The name of the publisher linked with their website

Publication Date: The exact date that the certain edition was published

Genre: The genre of the book

Source: Purchased (book that I have bought), borrowed (books I have gotten from the library/friends/school) and given (books from publishers/gifts)

Format: Format (Paperback, Hardback, ebook, Kindle Edition, ARC etc)

After the top section, we include a picture of the book and a synopsis box in the corner which is the Goodreads synopsis of the book. Below that we write our review which is not structured in a specific way. At the very end of our review, we include our rating of the book. Our reviews contain a spoiler free section and sometimes a spoiler section.
